Appointments & Cancellation
All appointments are required to prepay, provide voucher number or hold appt with CC. Same day cancellation 50% charge, No Show 100% charge. After 2 same day cancellations/No show occurrences, prepayment will be required for all booked appointments. Appointment required for all visits. Unused Membership services & gift certificates expire in 6 months. 20% gratuity automatically added (from standard price) to any service with promotional pricing and/or membership.
Reservations are needed for all Spa services. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. To avoid being charged for cancelled reservations, please notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Same day cancellations are charged 50% of the standard service rate; no shows are charged for the full service. All Spa packages require a 48 hour cancellation notice.
Please notify our Spa Consultant before reserving your treatments if you are pregnant, or have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, or diabetes. All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well being in mind.
If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests as treatments and are charged at full value. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced.
Due to our limited seating and our quest to maintain the spa’s ambiance, the spa facilities are reserved for clients only. We are unable to provide services to guests accompanied by children. For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, this policy is strictly enforced.
R&R Spa Gift Certificates are available for individual services, treatment services, corporate gifts and incentives, specific dollar amounts, products or gifts. Gift certificates must be present at the time of the service to be redeemed. Gift certificates are not redeemable if lost, stolen or altered. The recipient may call us at their convenience to schedule any one or a combination of services purchased. Single service requests can usually be accommodated with a 10 day notice. Multiple service requests may require a minimum 14 days notice. Gift Certificates and prepays are non-refundable and completely transferable and may be redeemed for any of our services or merchandise that you choose.
All spa guests must be 12 years of age or older. Junior spa-goers ages 12 and older can enjoy limited services, teen facials and eyebrow or lip waxing. Junior spa goers ages 15 and older can enjoy the previous list of services as well as a massage.
The Spa accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover, gift certificates and vouchers as payment. We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most qualified spa professionals in the industry. You may opt to leave gratuities for our qualified spa professionals. Our recommended range is between 15% and 25% of the price of the service provided, 20% gratuity automatically added (from standard price) to any service with promotional pricing and/or membership.
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise that you have purchased, you may receive a store credit within 7 days of purchase. However, we cannot issue credit for merchandise that has been depleted by 25% or more. Rodan and Fields products come with a 60-day, money back guarantee when purchased directly on the Rodan & Fields website, spa in stock retail purchases do not qualify.
We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
Membership Agreement Terms & Policies
Rules & Regulations
Your Membership entitles you to one (1) service(s) listed in the package of your choice per month and Membership Pricing for subsequent appointments during your Membership Term (12 Months). Your membership is not transferable and is ONLY FOR YOU.
Should you request to cancel your membership within the Membership Term, the following month will be charged in full and thereafter you will be relieved from making any future member dues payments. Simply send your request via email to email@example.com.
R&R Spa reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to terminate or to deny re-enrollment of a member. R&R Spa shall not discriminate in any manner against any person on account of race, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, age sex, religious creed, color, ancestry or national origin.
A picture form of identification will be required prior to checking in for spa treatment(s).
R&R Spa reserves the right to change the day spa rules, regulations or pricing at any time upon a reasonable notice. R&R Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Membership discounts nor pricing may be combined with other promotions or offers. All services received with your membership and/or membership pricing or any discounts/ promotional rates will have an automatic 20% gratuity added to the service.
R&R Spa will use reasonable efforts to process all of your payments properly. If we are unable to process automatic monthly membership dues, membership will be suspended pending payment in full. Following your member term (12 months), dues will continue to be billed month-to-month. Simply send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to cancel.
R&R Spa expects you have provided us with the correct account information to process your payments accurately throughout the Membership Term (12 months). You agree to promptly provide R&R Spa with updated membership data should your information change.
We will send you a notice of any change to the email address you provided with at least (30) days prior to the effective date of change.
